3 Minute Fiction

leave a comment »

NPR’s 3 Minute Fiction contest just started their fourth round.  This segment is curated by celebrated author Ann Patchett.

Stories should be 600 or less words and be able to be read aloud in less than 3 minutes.  Ms Patchett has imposed a restriction: each story must include the words “plant,” “button,” “trick” and “fly.”

Check it out here.

The winners for previous rounds are also available.
